•High-precision feeding: Aiming at the arrival of hi-tech industry, it is using close-loop feedback control computer system and high resolution encoder to make feeding precision within ±0.03mm.
•Programmable feeding function: Provide max.40 groups of different feeding length, each group provide 999 times punching to satisfy the special manufacture process.
•Humane manual mode: Can input 3 different manual speeds to provide user operate more easily and feed materials more accuracy.
•High efficiency release device: Quickly set up release angle base on press is Cam signal and simply material thickness adjustment.
•Control panel function: Designed feed length, count, speed & angle function key for quickly setting. Feed length from 0.01mm to 9999.99mm.
•Feeding unit: The rollers adopt middle hollow style to be light and low inertia for electroplate. Roller surface hardness is HRC60° and hard chromium plated to extend lifetime.
•Suit to different thickness and width for long feed length product.
