Actuation Principle
Desiccant dryer has twin chambers each filled with desiccant material which dries the compressed air as it passes through. One chamber is operational (drying), while the opposite chamber is regenerating using the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) [Heatless] method of drying.
The FD heatless dryer can provide the simple and cost effective solution for the provision of clean dry compressed air.
Using the modular design patented technology and used in conjunction with Fusheng FF filter to deliver air at -40℃(-40℉) pressure dewpoint as standard.
Compressed air quality is in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2001 class 2.2.2 or Class 2.1.1. FD heatless dryers provide the ultimate in performance, security and reliability.
Modular construction means less than half the size of traditional dryers. Low installation space and costs
Long- life pneumatic cylinder valves provide reliable switching.
The desiccant is filled by “Snow Storm Filling”, consistent airflow and long desiccant life.
Operating with different type of desiccant makes minimum requirement of desiccant and best adsorption efficiency and lowest regeneration air requirement.
Optional DDS energy management system, controls dryer cycle times to match plant requirement
Digital control panel is for easy control and monitoring information by the user.
Snowstorm filling is an experiment-proved operation provides best filling rate and even distribution of desiccant and erases tunnel effect. The compressed air is completely and evenly separated providing lowest pressure loss, less desiccant consumption and extend lifetime.
