Content of Guideway Racks
Feature:
The YYC Guideway Rack integrates a precision rack and linear guideway into a single component, available in sizes 15, 20, 25, and 35 across V-type, round-type, and general profiles. Ground variants use SCM440 alloy steel, hardness HRC 53–58°, accuracy DIN 6 (Total Pitch Error Fp/1000 ≤ 0.036 mm); milled variants use S50C steel at DIN 8. Tooth profiles available in straight or helical (right-hand 19°31'42"). Suitable for laser cutting machines, CNC routers, automated material handling, and large gantry systems requiring long-travel linear motion.
