Forwell Upgrades AI Applications and Launches High-Tonnage AGV Unmanned Transport Equipment
Forwell Precision Machinery Group President Hsiao Wen-Lung, who also serves as a standing director of the Taiwan Machinery Association, stated that aside from the semiconductor and electronics industries, most industries continue to face stagnation and contraction. Rising international oil prices have further complicated the economic outlook, highlighting the need for manufacturers to improve efficiency and reduce costs to remain competitive. Adopting AI intelligent design across products, management, manufacturing processes, and human resources is now essential for maintaining market competitiveness and aligning with smart manufacturing trends.
Forwell has invested in evaluating and improving intelligent quick mold change system solutions, formulating innovative R&D and upgrade plans, including mold clamping force inspection, enhanced clamping force, and system visualization management. This will enable real-time data monitoring for operators, achieving full factory automation. Forwell has also successfully developed AGV die change trolleys, AGV logistics transport vehicles, and AGV forklifts for unmanned material handling, all of which are now in mass production.
