In response to the wave of smart factories and automated production, there is an increasing demand for coolant/air through spindle while machining. AUTOGRIP develops a new product in 2021, "HYDRAULIC CYLINDER WITH JOINT BRACKET (RC series).” Its modular design allows users to choose an external rotary joint with either single or double paths to apply in different machining situations. In addition, it meets the demand for coolant through spindle and airtight pressure detect function.
The entire stroke range position monitoring is an optional function to have a better positioning accuracy.It is unnecessary to manually adjust the proximity switch when replacing the workpiece.This function is suitable for sub-spindle or lathes with limited space. It helps reduce idle time and increase throughput.
