XIN-TEN FOUNDRY CO., LTD. was established in 2005. The capital is NTD 19,000,000. We invest on the PEP-SET self-hardening molding production line, and our business items are aluminum alloy casting, and machinery processing vertical integration. We add the coating painting and water pressure test (industrial inspection) operation, undertake the GIS parts business, such as: convert plate, and conversion board, passed CNLA laboratory test strain tensor analysis and bursting pressure test, construct a more complete production line, and accept the orders and produce products.
XIN-TEN FOUNDRY CO., LTD. develops GIS Tank aluminum alloy castings, and provides the clients of heavy industries the complete parts and accessories, and our major market is Taiwan Power Company.
Since the establishment of XIN-TEN FOUNDRY CO., LTD., all kinds of castings we produce have been highly praised and approved by the industrial circles whether on quality, service, or casting technology. In line with the business philosophy of “High quality, and everlasting operation,” our company reforms the casting technology constantly, elevates the product quality and improves the company’s constitution, and creates a wonderful prospect for the company. In recent years, we actively deploy the sales channels home and abroad, expand the foreign market, march in the international world, and look forward to create the future with the seniors of the industry in Taiwan and in other countries together, and have further development.
We research and develop the castings energetically, and expect to boost the competitiveness in Taiwan and foreign markets with the low cost and high quality; we take developing the markets in Asia and Europe as the target, and took the lead in developing diverse castings in Taiwan successfully, for instance: the transmission and distribution of energy—G.I.S. housing/ tank/ pressure vessel, and G.I.S. electric conductor. Moreover, G.I.S. housing/ tank/ pressure vessel has started the mass production in 2005, laying an excellent foundation of everlasting operation for XIN-TEN FOUNDRY CO., LTD.
G.I.S.: Gas Insulated Switchgear uses SF6 inert gas as the insulation. Its main purpose is to be a switch at a transformer station, and presently, it is applied to the engineering of transmission and distribution of energy extensively.
Taiwan Power Company promotes the localized-production policy positively, and encourages the dealers to develop the key parts to replace those imported from foreign countries. What we produce right now has been listed in the five-year parts protection items when Taiwan joined in WTO in 2002.
We acquired ISO-9001 in 2006. In the future, we will adhere to “Service, professionalism, reciprocity, and sincerity,” move forward toward to the large-scale and precision mould development, reform the manufacture process and technology unceasingly, “elevate the quality, and lower the cost,” contribute wholeheartedly, and serve our clients.
