Applicable to the speed blasting of large quantity of small-and-medium-sized ordinary workpieces and high-density workpieces, such as lost wax casting, thermal-treatment workpieces, stone material, wood, precious stones.

Features:
1. For nozzles with the same diameter, if the air output from the air compressor is sufficient, the efficiency of the pressurized blasting machine can reach 3-5 times that of a siphoning blasting machine.
2. The faster the blasting speed, the deeper the crashed point. The faster the blasting speed, the deeper the crashed point.
3. For recycle of sand, this machine adopts cyclone separation-type. Applicable to extremely thin sand, even to 320# sand.
4. The remote control system features two types: non-pressure-keeping (auto pressure-releasing and auto sand fill) and pressure-keeping transient control (manual pressure-releasing for sand fill).
5. Equipped with an air-cleaning device, not only for cleaning the workpiece but for preventing the loss of sand material being brought out of the sand cabin.
6. Provided with an anti-dust and waterproof fluorescent lamp set, for the prevention of sand material breaking the bulb endangering the safety of the operator.
7. The auto blasting system can be custom-made. But the design of a drum-type auto blasting machine is more peculiar for its feature.
8. The size of the blasting cabin is the same as that of a R cyclone enclosed blasting machine. Refer to the specifications of the cyclone blasting machine.
