Product quality is a top priority; ISO9001 quality management system is adopted to assure stable quality and customer satisfaction.
1.Product quality is highly emphasized. The company obtained "Outstanding" quality assurance certification in 1980. Besides annual routine inspections, QA department performs inspection and testing on raw materials and finished products on a daily basis. Through data analysis and review, constant quality improvement is achieved. Training is also provided to relevant employees to strengthen QC and increase product quality.
2.To cope with increasingly fierce global competition and the trend of stressing product quality, the company is devoted to implement ISO-9001 quality management system for raising international competitiveness. Although the process is complicated, the company strives to attain quality goals by executing the quality policy “total involvement in quality management, making quality products, meeting customer needs, sustainable effective improvement”.
1.The domestic market covers entire Taiwan; sales channels spread over local manufacturers and various hardware stores; besides dealer network, efforts are made to establish long-term contract with large enterprise organizations, such as Formosa Plastics, Naya, China Steel, Sanyo, SAMPO, TECO, International and Tatung etc.
2.Export market spread over all continents, with key markets in North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia. We are actively exploring markets in developing countries. Since all of our products are complaint with international standards, we have received good reputation around the world.
